•clean skin of all moisturizers & powders before applying
•cut (if desired) invisilift tape to desired size {achieve maximum support with an uncut invisilifts}
•in front of a mirror, remove the bottom portion of invisilifts tape backing to reveal the adhesive - apply to skin just above the areola
•remove the top portion of invisilift tape backing to reveal the adhesive - lift & pull the tape to your desired breast position; firmly press & smooth the invisilift]
